The Origin Story

From Parking Attendant
to Tech Founder

Vishnu Valentino's journey is defined by one word: tenacity. He worked as a parking attendant during his university internship — not as a setback, but as fuel. That experience grounded him with an unshakeable drive to build something that lasts.

Together with his wife and co-founder Evlin Marcelline, he built PT LenMarc Exa Abadi Digital (PT LEAD) — a name that fuses their surnames, Valentino and Marcelline — starting in 2008. Every line of code, every client complaint, every late night was a lesson. LenMarc's first product was LEMPoS, a POS system, which grew into a full ERP suite serving retail, jewelry, textiles, and beyond.

In 2010, both earned full scholarships to Changchun University of Science and Technology, China — studying Alibaba and Taobao's success model from the ground up. Returning to Indonesia in 2014, they relaunched LenMarc with renewed focus and launched INDOGO.ID to scale their digital ecosystem beyond software into business consulting.

Today Vishnu holds roles as Co-Founder & CTO across three active ventures, and was recognized by JCI Badung Bali with the TOYIB Award for Personal Development in 2024.

Studied networking, server admin, and web programming. Simultaneously managed the university IT lab and taught courses in web programming, network security, and system administration. Earned tuition as a parking attendant.

2008

Co-Founded PT LenMarc Exa Abadi Digital

Bandung, Indonesia

Founded LenMarc. Built the first product, LEMPoS, from scratch. Started with zero clients, grew through relentless improvement of each complaint until the product was truly enterprise-grade.

2010 – 2014

MBA — Full Scholarship, China

Changchun University of Science & Technology + 集捷网 (Head of Sub Division)

Won full 4-year scholarships. Studied e-commerce by learning from Alibaba and Taobao's ecosystem directly. Simultaneously led technical operations for a furniture enterprise in Changchun. LenMarc was paused — not abandoned — and client support continued remotely.

2014 – 2019

LenMarc Relaunch + LENMALL

Indonesia

Returned to Indonesia with a sharper product vision. Built LENMALL.com (2014–2016) as an e-commerce venture. Relaunched LenMarc with new product lines including LEGOLD, LENERP, and LEFATEK targeting jewelry, ERP, and textile sectors.

2019 – Present

Co-Founded INDOGO.ID Platform

Indonesia (National reach)

Launched INDOGO as a formal platform under PT LEAD's legal entity. Grew to 500+ active clients, 7 industry verticals, and a community of entrepreneurs. Introduced the 3-Pillar Autopilot System: SOP + System + People.
